  1. Great coaching -- unless you have a trained eye, you don't see these things! I didn't. Thanks for the heads up about poor form--even though your model is good looking! BTW, question about the positioning of the thumbs--how should they be? TIA Caren

  2. Always wrap your thumbs around the bar so it doesn't slip off of your hands. It's a good habit to get into... especially since a smooth Olympic bar (which spins) tends to slip off during a barbell bench press. NOT SAFE!!
